We want to make sure that you have received any services that you expected. First, a few "notes". On all of The Abundance Group, LLC websites, you will see the word "We" or "Us". When used, "We" or "Us" (as my husband would say) is the "royal We". Because the company name includes "Group", the words "We" or "Us" seem to fit best. Rest assured, however, that the only one behind the "We" or "Us" is really just little old "Me" -- Gina Gaudio-Graves. Throughout this letter and our other sites, you will continue to see the words "We" and "Us" used in this context. Obviously, I do have some help! Some of the sites are co-owned by The Abundance Group, LLC and a partner. For example, I teach my apprenticeship at The Marketing University with Henry Gold and he and I are partners. From time to time, there may be an outsourced customer service representative assisting as well. And I have a full team of loyal interns who help me on a daily basis. Without my interns, I couldn't get even 1/2 of my work done. For the most part, however, when you are dealing with any of the websites in The Abundance Group, LLC's holdings, you are working directly with me, Gina. I promise to always treat you as a person ... a real human being ... and I would appreciate it if you would treat me, my partners, and my service representatives in the same fashion. My grandmother, Nana we called her, often said "You get more bees with honey than you do with vinegar". Well, she was right! I will often go that 'extra mile' for those who write in politely with a problem. If you start out by attacking me, my company, this industry, or anyone else, though, I tend to take offense quickly, and may only reply with a short, curt, answer. So, how can you get the help that you need? To provide you with the best service possible, we have installed a Support Desk. Most questions will be answered within 24 to 48 hours, often much sooner. By using a Support Desk, we can make sure that emails sent to us arrive and we can also make sure that answers we supply are available to you.
